Running a Democratic Club is like running a small business: accounting requirements, state mandated filings, membership list maintainance, communications, Party rules, and regular event planning - and that's before you get to the politics!
Most clubs use some online document tools to make it easier to share information and work together. All of these solutions offer a Freemium model, with more sophisticated functions available for a monthly fee.

Input from online forms can be easily converted into spreadsheet like tables and used to generate emails and other forms of communication. There are many third party onine tools that integrate directly with Airtable.

For example, some clubs accept online payments using Donorbox that's powered by Stripe that automagically updates entries in Coda - so when a member joins online, their details are directly updated in Coda.
Coda documents can be easily published, and when viewed on a smartphone are nicely formatted for easy access. In fact this website is one Coda document with subpages.

Apple users can enable Advance Data Protection for end-to-end encryption, so that no one can access your data, even Apple. There is a free tier providing 5GB of storage. Files can be shared with users on Android and Windows.
Familiar to everyone, and with free and options available, Microsoft’s offerings are powerful and widely supported. As well as documents they support chat and video with MS Teams, that can be a replacement for more expensive Zoom options.

Signal can't read your messages or listen to your calls, and no one else can either. You can message, have phone calls one-on-one, or with your E-board or members. As well as phone apps, you can connect from your laptop. It’s easy to setup a group chat or group call.
